    Frequently Asked Questions

    Who can request a Warriors of Hope box?

    Anyone living with ALS or a related MND, along with their caregivers and families, can request a box.

    No. Warriors of Hope Boxes are made possible by generous donors who give their time, talent, and resources to support this initiative.

    Boxes are generally sent every 4 to 8 weeks and include items of hope and encouragement — often personal notes and other things designed to bring a smile.

    Yes. We ask that you have the permission of the person you’re requesting on behalf of before we begin providing any services.

    Once your information is received, you can expect your first box within 4 to 8 weeks.

    Through the generosity of our donors. You can also choose to sponsor a Warriors of Hope Box for someone living with ALS with a monthly contribution of $25 or more.

    Boxes will be sent for as long as the person living with ALS is on their journey. After they have passed, boxes will continue to be sent to their caregiver(s) for up to six months.
